FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers

Nests will only be removed when in sight and safely accessible after treatment.

If the nest is in the ground treatment will be applied and the nest left. Wasps will not use an existing nest and therefore acts as a deterrent to other wasps looking for an area to establish themselves in.

No – as long as access is available we can attend without the need for anyone to be home or present, and simply leave an invoice for online payment in the letterbox

The size will rapidly develop from a queen cell into a large nest once eggs are laid and the workers begin on building a larger nest for the queen.

We work with local professional beekeepers who will contact you directly. They will arrange, attend & collect the swarm relocating them to a new home in a bee hive.

Hornets unlike wasps and bee’s are attracted to light, even when dark if a light source is close by hornets will leave the nest to explore it and can become a problem entering doors and windows into the property.

Sadly we are only able to treat nests that are on our customers property/land, if a neighbour wishes to give permission for us to enter their property, we would need to speak with them directly before any treatment is carried out.
